Monthly cost index

A monthly read on what labour, materials and plant did in Victoria, built from the same rate book that prices every job on this site. Nothing is published until there are six months of history; a one-month change is noise.

First edition expected after six months of observations. In the meantime, every rate's date and source are shown on the jobs we cover.
