We test our prices against real quotes and publish the result, including when we're wrong. A job is Checked once it has been tested against at least 5 real quotes. Until then it is Modelled at best, and we say so on its page.
So far: 3 real quotes across 1 job. Error is the gap between the quote and our fair price for the same scope, before GST. We show the median of those gaps, ignoring whether the quote was higher or lower.
